A2:Yes, we will send the sample timely if we have stocklot. Special customized sample will be sent in 1-7days. samples is free ,we just need you pay the shipping cost.
Q3:What if we receive defective products?
A3:Please be assured that we will make up for the goods. If there is any defective goods, we will give you a reasonable compensation in time.
Q4: Are the products exactly same with pictures?
A4:Usually the pictures are taken based on the true products. Since the products are 100% hand made by different workers, there maybe slight difference between each pieces. Besides, photo color might be a little different from the true products due to different monitors display. These should be regarded as being accepted when you place orders.
